Terms and Conditions: Refer-a-Friend Program

ACN Southern Immigration and Education Services

This document outlines the professional and legal framework of the Refer-a-Friend Program. These terms are designed to protect both ACN Southern Immigration and Education Services (the "Company") and the participants. By submitting a referral, participants explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

 

I. Terms and Conditions for the Referrer

The ACN Southern Immigration and Education Services, Refer-a-Friend Program is designed to reward our valued clients for their trust and recommendations. To be eligible for the referral incentive, the Referrer must adhere to the following criteria and procedures:

1. Eligibility Requirements for the Referrer

To qualify as an official Referrer, an individual must meet all the following criteria:

  • Consultation Attendance: The Referrer must have attended a formal consultation with ACN Southern, whether conducted in person at any of our offices or via online platforms.
  • Feedback Completion: The Referrer must have successfully completed the

Client Consultation Feedback Form at: https://form.jotform.com/260746936203863. 

  • Registration Date: Eligibility is retroactive only to the date the feedback form was officially issued. Only those who have submitted the form on or after its issuance date are considered "Registered Referrers."

2. Referral Registration Process

To ensure the tracking and validity of a referral, the Referrer must follow the official registration protocol:

  • Official Basis: These digital forms serve as the sole and final basis for the management of ACN Southern to verify, track, and approve referral rewards. Information provided outside of these forms (e.g., verbal claims or emails) will not be recognized.

3. Program Restrictions and Exclusions

To maintain the integrity of the program, the following restrictions apply:

  • Family Exclusions: Referrals of first-degree relatives are strictly prohibited. This includes parents, children, and siblings.
  • Internal Connections: Individuals who have relatives currently connected with ACN Southern Immigration and Education Services are ineligible to participate in this program. 
  • Discounted Fees: The referral incentive is not applicable if the Referred Friend or the Referrer is already availing of a separate promotional discount or a reduced professional fee.
  • New Clients Only: The Referred Friend must be a new lead who has not previously contacted ACN Southern or been entered into our database.
  • Single Claim: A Referred Client can only be claimed by one Referrer. In the event of duplicate claims, the first person to submit the Jotform registration will be recognized. 

4. Reward Criteria

  • Rewards are only "earned" once the Referred Friend has signed a Service Agreement, paid their initial professional fees in full (unless otherwise specified by management), and reached the specific milestones.
  • Pathway Specific Requirements: You are eligible to claim your incentives once the referred client reaches the following milestones:
    • General Skilled Migration (GSM): The client has successfully completed the Stage 1 process.
    • Student Visa Application: The client has officially enrolled in their chosen university or institution, or has received their Letter of Offer (LOO).
  • All payments are subject to final validation by ACN Southern Management.
  • ACN Southern reserves the right to determine the nature and value of the referral reward, which may be subject to change without prior notice.
